Though this image is subject to copyright, its use is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:
- It is a low resolution copy of a promotional project drrawing.
- It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to floating nuclear power stations in any way.
- Copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the power station.
- The image is significant because it is showing how the new project will look like
- The image can not be replaced by a free copy as the ship is not built yet, it is only a project
