Like most people I first started using wikipedia, and later on made some minor edits. I am a newbie but I try not to screw up and don't like the idea of causing people trouble and making them clean after me and fix my errors due to being new on the block. Although Wikipedia is open for everybody to edit (roughly speaking) I believe that people should familiarize themselves with basic wiki customs before jumping headfirst in and making big changes that would soon get reverted.

Please let me know if I am doing something improperly and I'll try my best to avoid it next time.
