[edit] Expansion

Please now that I have set the page up can it be updated, expanded, and made to look ore like an airlines page. Thanks, The Gannet 01:04, 30 June 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Suspicious?

Perhaps i'm just paranoid. However, this article does give the impression of being written not entirely for general interest alone, looking rather like a means of free pre-publicity for a private enterprise - I say this because it reads with a lot of detail and anecdotal experiences, which at this stage in a business' development, seem likely only to have come from inside the airline. And of course a casual glance at the user who created the page seems to suggest he may be connected. Now - is there anything that needs to be done about this? Clearly this page has been made out of self interest, but is it particularly important, if it provides information? and knowing (or suspecting) its origins, ignoring this is it written factually and not in a manner for advertisement? I'm not doing anything about this, but just thought i'd give my thoughts for public perusal. My regards to all Vwozone (talk) 21:32, 29 December 2007 (UTC)

It is a good question to ask and one that I agree with fully. I made quite a few edits early on in the article to make it encyclopaedic, citing public sources from local press and the BBC. Then just last week I "toned down" part of the article which was, at this point, just pure speculation. The airline was announced in March and 9 months later little visible progress has been made towards launch and the only new sources available is the airline's own website, which makes me a little uncomfortable. I certainly didn't make my contributions as publicity for the airline and have made subsequent edits to ensure that the article doesn't become just that. --Cheesy Mike (talk) 22:14, 29 December 2007 (UTC)

For information - I am part of the FFB management team, and I can assure you that no-one from the company has had any input into this page. We monitor for accuracy, but have made no attempts to edit or censor to date. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 81.104.163.114 (talk) 22:07, 22 April 2008 (UTC)
