From the insignia on their flight jackets these boys were the group that replaced the original Flying Tigers (American Volunteer Group). They were called the CATF (China Air Task Force) and were predecessors to the 14th Air Force. You can call them "Flying Tigers" if you wish, but they wer NOT the originals.
