Flying Lab Software is a video game developer based in Seattle, Washington. It was established in 1997 by Russell Williams and Paul Canniff. The company's first game was the critically acclaimed Rails Across America, released in 2001.

The company's current project is Pirates of the Burning Sea, a massively multiplayer online role-playing game of adventure and naval combat in the Caribbean in 1720. The game was released on January 22, 2008.
