Flutterina is a fictional character in the animated television series She-Ra: Princess of Power, which is part of the Masters of the Universe franchise.

Flutterina is a member of The Great Rebellion. She has the power of flight due to the two wings on her back. She is like a normal Etherian woman, but with the wings of a butterfly.

We learn the origin of Flutterina in the episode Out of the Cocoon.[1] She was a slave girl, called Small One, who lived in the Sand Valley. This area of Etheria was so remote it was unaffected by the Evil Horde. The area was ruled by an evil baron, named Condor. When he captured She-Ra and threw her into the dungeon, she met Small One. Small One attempted to free She-Ra but as She-Ra was freed Small One was knocked out by one of the baron's weapons. She-Ra took the girl to The Crystal Castle so that Light Hope could heal her. Light Hope tells She-Ra that the girl life is about to change and he enveloped her in a magical cocoon. The magic of the cocoon not only revived her, but transformed her and gave her butterfly wings and other special powers. After her transformation, Flutterina left her home in the Sand Valley and devoted herself to helping The Great Rebellion. It is not known where Flutterina lives, but she reveals that she does not live in The Whispering Woods.[2] Although Flutterina has been to the Crystal Castle to see Light Hope, she does not know that Adora and She-Ra are the same person.

Flutterina's main power is flight, due to the butterfly wings on her back. Her wings are so powerful that they are capable of blowing clouds out of the way and also allowing her to carry a fully-grown man. Flutterina also displays two other abilities on a single occasion, the ability to call upon the help of a swarm of butterflies, which are used to deter a Horde Trooper, and the ability to transform into a small butterfly.[1]
