Flugstoðir or Isavia is the Icelandic airport administration. It is responsible for operating all public airports in Iceland, except Keflavík International Airport, that is owned by the Foreign Ministry.

The enterprise was founded in 1945 as Flugmálastjórn Íslands or the Icelandic Civil Aviation Administration to operate the airports on Iceland. The company was split into Flugstoðir while Flugmálastjórn Íslands will continue as a regulator and inspectorate. The responsibility of Flugstoðir includes Air Traffic Management in Icelandic air space, that includes about 30% of all transatlantic flights.[1]

In total 14 airports are operated by the company. Between them, they had 823,877 passengers in 2005. About 45% of all traffic is at Reykjavík Airport.[2]
