After three months with the cleanup tag on this article - with no edits since then - I converted a one sentence "article" just ripe for deletion into a useful redirect. Anybody wishing to revert this is urged to write an actual article on State Road 500 so it could pass muster at AfD time. The entirety of SR 500 is US 192 in the same sense that the entirety of SR 821 is Florida's Turnpike... and both SR 500 and 821 merit redirect pages. B.Wind 21:49, 7 April 2006 (UTC)

Actually, part of US 441 is also SR 500 - but unless SPUI (or anybody else) wants to write a fully-fledged article on SR 500, the redirect will have to do. B.Wind 21:59, 7 April 2006 (UTC)

  • So the ball is in SPUI's court now. If he doesn't want a merge with the US 192 article, all he has to do is write an article here that actually says a few things that are not already stated in U.S. Route 192. Even the Wikisource link for SR 500 is there. 147.70.242.39 21:25, 25 April 2006 (UTC)
    • Well, I just threw some categories here, but if the Wikisource link is used for US 192 upon deletion, I say it should also be added to other US Roads in Florida, like ALT US 27. ---- DanTD 12:51, 18 July 2007 (UTC)
