[edit] All a State Road?

There's a "Begin State Maintiance" "(SR 136)" sign eastbound just west of I-75, however there's also a "(SR 136)" sign just east of 129 in Live Oak, and all the maps indicate the whole thing's a state route. Anybody know if the western part's been decommissioned??
