[edit] Buoyancy only?

i don't see why floating cities only refers to Buoyancy. What about cities that actively hover or fly through the air by technological or magical means. Cloud City for example relies on active technology - not buoyancy - to keep it flying. Perhaps in time there needs to be another article named flying city or hover city, but until then Floating city should refer to all of these cities, not just ones relying on Buoyancy.
