Floyd T. Christian (born December 18, 1914) was born in Alabama.
He was the Education Commissioner of Florida from 1965 thru 1973. He was appointed to the position in 1965 by Governor W. Haydon Burns. Prior to this position he was Superintendent of Public Instruction for Pinellas County from 1948 to 1965. He also served on the Florida Board of Regents.
