State Road 37 is a Florida state highway which runs from Lakeland south to the intersection with SR 62, in Keentown. The road primarily runs through Polk County, with small sections in Hillsborough and Manatee counties. The road was originally built to provide easy access between Bradenton (via SR 62) and Lakeland, although after the construction of I-4 and I-75, this route was no longer the quickest route. The road is signed as South Florida Avenue in Lakeland and Church Avenue in Mulberry

From the northern terminus at West Main Street in Lakeland until it reaches a junction with SR 60 the road is an important one, serving as the north/south dividing line on the street grids of both Lakeland and Mulberry. From south of Mulberry until its southern terminus at SR 62, the road turns in a more southwesterly direction and becomes a lonely stretch of road with oak hammocks and occasional phosphate mines. After passing through a small sliver of Hillsborough County (the area known as "Four Corners" locally), the area then goes through Manatee County for a couple of miles before terminating at the junction with SR 62 in the tiny town of Keentown.
