State Road 134 is an east-west signed Florida State Road located entirely in Jacksonville, Duval County, Florida, United States. It is 11 miles (18 kilometers) long from Florida State Road 228 to U.S. Route 17. It is known as 103rd Street, although east of Blanding Boulevard, it is known as Timuquana Road. Major Junctions include:
- Florida State Road 23 near the Golf Club of Jacksonville
- Interstate 295 at Oak Hill
- Florida State Road 21 at Wesconnett
Beginning at Florida State Road 228 8 miles east of Maxville, the road is between 4 and 6 lanes wide. One of the golf courses in Jacksonville is the Golf Club of Jacksonville near Florida State Road 23. Near Old Middleburg Rd South, Duval County Road 213, begin Florida State Road 23 concurrency until Old Middleburg Rd North end Florida State Road 23 concurrency, the road crosses the Ortega River. It actually crosses it 2 times, the other one was less than a mile west of the eastern end, U.S. Route 17. Just a few blocks east of Duval County Road 213 is Interstate 295, signed as Exit 16 on I-295. 1.1 miles east of the freeway is Florida State Road 23 in Westconnett. The road becomes Timuquana Road. The road crosses the Ortega River one more time before ending at U.S. Route 17. 4 blocks away from the point. Finally, it ends at U.S. Route 17 near the St. Johns River.
