State Road 111 is a state highway in Duval County, Florida, United States, connecting the Lakeshore to Oceanway , For all of its route its a four Highway , with parts of it having a Turn line & parts having a Median . Beginning at State Road 21 & heading due north as Cassat Ave , passing San Juan Ave State Road 128 , then Park St , Nornmandy Blvd / Post St State Road 228, then Lenox Ave SR 213 & an exit for ,Interstate 10 (SR 8) , then at the Cassat & Edgewood Ave Merger . Sr 111 continues north on Edgewood Ave S. becoming Edgewood Ave N . after the W.Beaver St U.S. Highway 90 (SR 10) then Commonwealth Ave & 5th st , then Old Kings Rd , which was the old U.S.1 & later U.S 23 . then New Kings Rd , Which is the present U.S. 1 / U.S. 23 & State Road 15 becoming W.Edgewood Ave & the road begins to head a NE to a ENE direction , then passing Lem Turner Rd State Road 115, Moncref Rd , Trout River Road , then intersecting with ,Interstate 95 (SR 9) which is the End of Edgewood Ave being of Talhuah Ave which heads down in a south east direction to the End of State Road 111 at N . Main St U.S. 17 (SR 5) .

- Cassat & Edgewood Ave's N. was once the boundaries for City Limits of Jacksonvile before Consolidation of Jacksonville City Limits & Duval County .
- Edgewood Ave S. was once a County Road 111 & State Road 111 -A , no signs have been up on that street for years so its unknown if it has any designation at all anymore or if its just hidden .
