The hills in the range vary from 50 feet above sea level to 300 feet above sea level. Most of the hills' easist access is paved road or a short trail hike no more than 5 miles.

[edit] Impact on Florida's elevation

Because of Florida's flat land, and low elevation, these hills give way to one of only two sub-piedmont areas in Florida the other is in North Central Florida and Central Florida with a small range of hills stretching from Ocala to Kissimee. Most of the hills range from 50-150 feet.
