Florida Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf

The Florida Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf (FRID) is a non profit organization aimed at helping deaf and hard of hearing people living within the state of Florida. FRID boast having over 600 members as of 2008.[1]

The Florida Quality Assurance Screening System is administered by the Florida Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf for the purpose of screening and certifing interpreters within Florida. The examination is broken into two parts: Writen and Performance.
