Florenz Regalado

Florenz Regalado (born October 13, 1928) was an Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the Philippines from July 29, 1988 to October 13, 1998. A graduate of the San Beda College of Law, he is the record holder for the highest average in the Philippine Bar Examinations, with a score of 96.7%.
He was a member of the 1986 Constitutional Commission which drafted the present Constitution of the Philippines. Before becoming Associate Justice, he served as the Dean of San Beda School of Law.
