Currently, the camera i use to contribute to Wikipedia is a Konica Minolta DiMage Z10. The reason i use it is because it has an amazing 8x optical zoom (plus 4x digital zoom) and optional full manual exposure control. For only being a 3.2 Mega Pixel, camera the pictures are amazingly clear.
