[edit] Work Needed

I'm gonna be adding to a lot on this page, don't worry about the section on the bottom that may seem redundant, it'll be gone soon enough. DoomsDay349 21:19, 1 June 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Stub

I am removing the stub on this page. I think it is much improved now, and explains Flint thoroughly. If anyone disagrees, tell me. DoomsDay349 00:17, 2 June 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Cleanup

To whomever added the latest section on Dragons of Dwarven Depths, might you please rearrange that section so it fits better? It looks quite bad right now. DoomsDay349 05:47, 27 August 2006 (UTC)

I just did it anyway. Has anyone got that book yet?ddcc 22:51, 27 August 2006 (UTC)
Got it a couple of weeks ago, but right now I am reading The Night of the Eye. I don't like reading books from a series I don't own completely, because I may forget once the next chapter appears. -- ReyBrujo 22:56, 27 August 2006 (UTC)
I just finished Night of the Eye. I'll be making an article on it as soon as I'm done with chosen of the gods, so proofread and edit it for me.ddcc 23:25, 27 August 2006 (UTC)
Hmm... seemly my copy of the book was faulty... it ended at page 282 >_< Guess I will have to be buying myself another copy *sigh* First time in -- ReyBrujo 21:30, 31 August 2006 (UTC)
I own it but I've barely touched it, as I'm currently reading the Fifth Age Core Novels (Dragons of a New Age and Dhamon Saga). Thanks for the cleanup. DoomsDay349 23:30, 27 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Warrior/Fighter

OK, Flint's class has been switched back and forth from warrior to fighter and back several times...I just want to clear it up at last, he is a warrior, right? The Template page shows the difference as being Warriors= Informal, untrained, whereas Fighter=Trained, formal, like a soldier. Flint had no formal training, i believe, so he should be listed as Warrior. If anyone has more to say, please do. DoomsDay349 22:31, 1 September 2006 (UTC)

In 1st/2nd Edition (A)D&D, Flint's character class was fighter. There was no Warrior class. In 3rd edition, the War of the Lance Sourcebook published by Sovereign Press gives Flint's class as Master, a class introduced in that sourcebook that focuses on a professional skill, emphasising Flint's primary vocation as a craftsman. [edit] Early Life

Currently the section titled Early Life explains that Tanis was present when Flint nearly drowned at Crystalmir Lake. "Flint goes after Caramon, and soon Tanis goes after Flint. Tanis manages to get Flint to the surface, and Flint makes a pledge never to enter a boat again." Chapter Five of Dragons of Autumn Twilight has Sturm speaking with Tanis as they are making their way to the boat: "He won't come Tanis," Sturm said, "Flint's been in mortal fear of boats ever since Caramon almost accidentally drowned him that time. You weren't there. You didn't see him after we hauled him out." —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Split negative (talk • contribs) .

Mmm...another inconsitency rears its ugly head, it seems. Would you mind fixing that? DoomsDay349 17:55, 3 September 2006 (UTC)
FYI, User:Split negative fixed it. ddcc 02:30, 4 September 2006 (UTC)
