Purpose of use

Identify the subject of the Flight of the Amazon Queen article and show its art style.

Replaceable?

Irreplaceable. It's a copyrighted cover; no free image is possible that is also correct for what the cover actually is. No art has been released into the public domain to my knowledge.

Other information This image does not in any way affect the merchantability of the product. The game has since been released as freeware by the developers, and Binary Illusions is defunct, meaning it is likely that the copyright has lapsed back into the public domain in any case if no successor existed to the copyright.

This game has been released as freeware by the developers, so I believe that this picture is ok. as Binary Illusions are defunct. So therefore it should be ok as no one holds the copyrights any longer. Philbuck222 (talk) 20:23, 2 January 2008 (UTC)
