Flint Hill Christian School is a private school located in Bessemer, Alabama. The school is a subsidiary and Christian ministry of Flint Hill Baptist Church. The school currently serves grade K2 through 12th grade. The head administrator is Mr. Larry Pender Sr.

The current enrollment for the school stands at 450. The school has steadily grown for the past four years, and experienced the largest growth spurt in the history of the school during the 2007-2008 school year after another local Christian school in Hueytown, Alabama, Garywood Christian School, suspended operations while its parent church moves to a new location.

Flint Hill Christian School is currently under the A Beka curriculum. A Beka Book is a publisher affiliated with Pensacola Christian College out of Pensacola, Florida. It produces K-12 curriculum materials that are used by thousands of Christian schools and homeschooling families in the United States and around the world.

After decades of having only one administrator, the school was able to hire two more assistant principals serving the elementary and kindergarten students for the 2007-2008 school year. Head Administrator is Larry Pender. Elementary Principal is Amanda Kleiser. Kindergarten and pre-school principal is Valerie Wallace.

Flint Hill was finally able to complete all levels of education when a senior class was added for the 2007-2008 school year. The first graduating since 2000 comprises 13 students and will be graduating in May 2008.

Flint Hill Christian School fields teams in football, volleyball, basketball, cheerleading, softball, and track and field. The football team won the first game in school history against Marion Military Institute on August 17, 2007 by a score of 49-22. Current Staff for the Flames sports teams are:

The Flint Hill Flames won their first state championship in school history during the 2005-2006 basketball season when they captured the ACEAA Junior Varsity Division II State Championship. The team went on to finish Runner-Up in the National Championship tournament. The following year, the Varsity Girls won the ACEAA Division II State Championship, the first varsity championship in school history. This year the Junior Varsity Division I won another State Chapionship and the Varsity Boys finished second in the state.
