A Flight Management Computer is a computer carried on an aircraft to integrate the functions of navigation and performance management. It is composed of 2 kinds of database: Navigation and Performance of a certain aircraft.
The FMC is the heart of the modern aeroplane's electronic systems, and gathers information from other subsystems
