This article is pretty good so far, but it's kind of strange that the "History" section apparently omits any mention of the events in the actual Flex Mentallo series... SchnappM 07:37, 18 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Charles Atlas Suit

I removed the suggestion that the Atlas suit is responsible for DC's failure to reprint the mini-series, and sourced a New York Times article on the case which portrays it as an absolute victory for DC. Since the case was dismissed in summary judgment at DC's motion, I highly doubt there was any attachment to that judgment compelling DC to do anything whatsoever to compensate Atlas. If someone has an actual source with the text of the verdict to contradict that, then by all means reference it and restore that information, but I suspect that information was placed in the article by someone who's making suppositions or reaching for a reason why DC hasn't reprinted it other than "they just don't feel like it."  ;) JFMorse 05:12, 13 November 2007 (UTC)
