[edit] Shopping Centre or Neighbourhood?

Is this article meant to be about the shopping centre (Fleetwood Town Centre), Surrey's designation fo the area as a town centre, or about the area itself? If it's the latter it strikes me it should be Fleetwood (Surrey) as opposed to "Town Centre"; what's the status on Guildford vs Guildford Town Centre, Metrotown Centre vs. Metrotown (Burnaby) and similar situations?Skookum1 20:17, 16 December 2006 (UTC)

The opening sentence of the article states: Fleetwood Town Centre is a town centre of Surrey, British Columbia. I assume by that it is about the town centre in Surrey. Newton and Guildford have the same naming style, but Cloverdale, Whalley and South Surrey do not. --Kmsiever 23:34, 16 December 2006 (UTC)
