Fleur Elsie Harris (born 1982) Melbourne, is an Australian artist.
Harris works as a freelance illustrator and has been contributing to the Melbourne art scene since her discovery at age 16, and is largely known for her most recent creation of designer toys, the Kooky Spooks. Her work has appeared in many magazine and book publications, notably the popular street art dedicated publication CONFORM (Folk, Saskia. Macmillan. 2004) ISBN 1876832681, Singapore's Playtimes magazine (Vol 02 Iss 07), and several editions of THE AGE Melbourne Edition. Harris' illustration work has also featured on the cover of several zines including PBS Radio Member Magazine and WWDIS.
Harris is the daughter of primary school teacher Sue Harris and late renowned vigneron Peter Harris, and has three younger siblings; Anthony Harris (1985), ex-guitarist of metal band Carpathian; David "Gonz" Harris (1987), frontman of hardcore band Pro Team; and the youngest, Katherine Harris (1990), former model for Melbourne's Viviens Model Management.
Fleur has studied art and design in Australia and in Europe. Harris has a Bachelor Degree in Painting from Monash University, and a diploma of Interior Design from RMIT.
Fleur works simultaneously as a high school Art and Visual Communications teacher in Victoria, Australia, and as an assistant to Internationally renowned Melbourne artist Beci Orpin.
