The Michael B. Fleming Gymnasium is a 2,320-seat multi-purpose arena in Greensboro, North Carolina. It is home to the University of North Carolina at Greensboro Spartans basketball, wrestling and volleyball teams. The gym is located inside of the Health and Human Performance Building, a $16.2 million dollar facility which opened on campus in June 1989. The first school year of its use was 1989-1990.[1]

Fleming Gymnasium is a notoriously tough arena for visiting basketball teams to play in, as both the men's and women's UNCG teams have won nearly 70% of their games in it since its opening.[1] The largest crowd in Fleming's short history was 2,302 on February 25, 1995 when the men's basketball team beat Charleston Southern University 98-70.[1]

Various conference tournaments have been held in the gym, including the 1994 & 1995 Big South volleyball tournaments, 1994 Big South women's basketball, 1998 & 1999 SoCon women's basketball, 1999 SoCon wrestling, and 2001 SoCon volleyball. In 2005, it hosted the SoCon / ACC Wrestling Championships, also known as MatJam.[1]

Before the 1996-97 season, the NBA team the Boston Celtics held their pre-season training camp in Fleming Gymnasium.[1]
