Fleischmanns is a village in Delaware County, New York, United States. The population was 351 at the 2000 census.
The Village of Fleischmanns is in the Town of Middletown.

The area was privately owned by General Henry Armstrong until a confrontation with tenant farmers led to reform. The community was then named Griffins Corner after a local businessman. The name was later changed to the current name to honor Julius Fleischmann, a businessman who donated land for a park.

(42.155666, -74.533098)According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 0.7 square miles (1.8 km²), of which, 0.7 square miles (1.7 km²) of it is land and 1.47% is water.

As of the census[2] of 2000, there were 351 people, 143 households, and 94 families residing in the village. The population density was 525.1 people per square mile (202.3/km²). There were 287 housing units at an average density of 429.3/sq mi (165.4/km²). The racial makeup of the village was 94.30% White, 1.42% African American, 0.28% Native American, 1.71% Asian, 0.28% from other races, and 1.99% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 19.66% of the population.
There were 143 households out of which 27.3% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 46.2% were married couples living together, 10.5% had a female householder with no husband present, and 33.6% were non-families. 30.1% of all households were made up of individuals and 13.3% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.45 and the average family size was 2.91.
In the village the population was spread out with 24.2% under the age of 18, 6.6% from 18 to 24, 26.2% from 25 to 44, 22.8% from 45 to 64, and 20.2% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 39 years. For every 100 females there were 89.7 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 97.0 males.
The median income for a household in the village was $28,500, and the median income for a family was $37,708. Males had a median income of $20,208 versus $21,563 for females. The per capita income for the village was $14,914. About 18.4% of families and 21.7% of the population were below the poverty line, including 41.6% of those under age 18 and 13.3% of those age 65 or over.
