I don't really think it's a good idea to separate out instructions for "deletionists" and "inclusionists" -- this is a division that should not be encouraged. Everyone should either want to delete or to include articles, depending on their merits. People call me an inclusionist, for example, and I even call myself that on my talk page, partly in acknowledgment, but I personally delete over 10 articles a day on the average--I a good day, i can perhaps rescue 2 or 3 by fixing them, and save perhaps 3 or 4 more from unmerited deletion, and perhaps write 1 of my own. So I delete more than I can help get included. I'm going to try a rewording.DGG (talk) 16:11, 27 May 2008 (UTC)

I guess that's "legacy" language from when I started ... remember, they were named WARN-xyz until you raised my consciousness, and they became FLAG-xyz ... I didn't mean to reinforce the dichotomy, but I recognize that it exists, and some editors do have strong feelings about being one or the other ... I put the {{user delete}} on my user page because that is the "philosophy" that I have embraced, but I specifically solicit your feedback because you lean more to the opposite, and I value the alternate perspective ... ironically, it was our conversations that led to my adding the "inclusionist" recommendations, but I see your point, and I'll try to modify them so that they offer an "either/or" without actually using the terms ... I'm in the "down" phase now, so I'll address those changes in a few days ... Happy Editing! — 72.75.78.69 (talk · contribs) 17:05, 27 May 2008 (UTC)
OK, I took a quick stab at fixing this one, and I removed the A7 language from WP:FLAG-PROF, WP:FLAG-FICT, and WP:FLAG-SCL, since speedy delete cannot be used for them. — 72.75.78.69 (talk) 19:37, 27 May 2008 (UTC)
