Some high schools do have a steam room, I don't know if it's a stretch or particularly unique for Flatpoint to have one. Private schools, public schools with famous sports teams or just rich parents, sometimes put them in for the athletes. Though the fact that Principal Blackman was naked in there is unsettling.
