[edit] Upside down

I don't know if anyone noticed (certainly not whoever hoisted the flag the day its picture was taken for the article), but the flying flag in the photo is flying upside down per the illustration on the page. Perhaps the picture a) could be removed or b) be kept to illustrate that the flag is often flown upside down due to the design (of which I don't know (have only been to Portland once in my life and didn't notice the flag) but can conjecture based on this photo.) --Canuckguy 04:03, 9 September 2007 (UTC)
