I think it's excessive to say the state is debating whether to use another design for the flag. One state legislator proposed putting the Old Man of the Mountain on the flag and it was shot down, but that's hardly debate. Is there more discussion? - DavidWBrooks 00:24, 1 Jul 2004 (UTC)
