Flag of Loveland, Ohio, drawn by the uploader using Seashore, loosely based on a photograph taken of the flag that hangs above the main lobby at Loveland City Hall. Should verification be required, the uploader has the original photograph on file. This photographed flag is probably an amateur reproduction of the actual flag located inside the council chamber, which the uploader did not have access to at the time. For this reason, he has taken the liberty to make the motto look more typical of heraldic mottoes.

Low resolution?	High resolution: 540×300 pixels; however, it is a low-quality reproduction, so it would not limit the copyright holder's ability to profit from the work.
Purpose of use	The flag is used to represent the city; however, it is (to the uploader's knowledge) only displayed in City Hall, so including it in the article "Loveland, Ohio" will inform the reader of its existence and general appearance.
Replaceable?	The uploader has a photograph containing this logo that could be released as free content. However, the flag in the photograph was significantly obscured due to glare on the glass frame, such that most features on the flag would have been difficult to discern.
Other information	The flag may well be public domain if it was first flown before 1923, but as the uploader has no further information on this flag, he is claiming fair use anyways.
