English: Flag of Lares (adopted in 1952) (municipality of Puerto Rico) - construction details based the templates: Lares (demasiao.com), Lares, Puerto Rico (Areciboweb), Lares (FOTW), Municipio de Lares (gobierno.pr), Bandera de Lares y su Origen, Lares (welcome.topuertorico.org), Puerto Rico, Lares (www.ngw.nl), Lares Revolutionary Flag (original).jpg, Lares (lexjuris.com), Historia de Lares (ortizal.com), Breve historia del Grito de Lares, Lares-municipio de Puerto Rico-datos y fotos (prfrogui.com), La Bandera de Lares on Flickr (flickr.com) and Grito de Lares on Flickr (flickr.com).


Based on these templates, 2:3 dimensions was choosen, the cross have been centered both horizontally and vertically, thickness of the cross was narrowed down to 1/5 of the flag's height, colours was choosen from Flag of Puerto Rico (1952-1995).svg and Oleo de Mariana Bracceti with a white star, the star is centered within the upper left rectangle, the space below and above the star is exactly 1/5 of the of the flag's height.
