English: Flag of the Kirovohrad Oblast, Ukraine. Colors are crimson (#DC143C) and gold (#FFD700).
Українська: Прапор Кіровоградської області (Україна). Затверджений 29 липня 1998 року. Прямокутне полотнище зі співвідношенням сторін 2:3, розділене вертикально на дві рівновеликі частини; від древка на малиновому полі жовтий степовий (скіфський) орел з повернутою до древка головою, з вільного краю — жовте поле.
