Flax Hall Primary School was a primary school located in Sedgley, West Midlands, England. It was built in the 1950s in Eve Lane - on the border with Dudley - to serve a newly completed council housing estate which was developed on adjoining farmland.
Falling numbers on the school roll during the 1980s saw the local authority decide that it was no longer viable, and the school closed in July 1989. Most of the school's pupils and staff were transferred to nearby Sycamore Green Primary School, just over the border in Dudley. Sycamore Green itself closed 17 years later, also due to a surplus of places.
Almost 20 years on from Flax Hall's closure, the school buildings remain intact and are still owned by the Metropolitan Borough of Dudley as Parkes Hall Community Centre.
