Flavour and Fragrance Journal is a peer-reviewed scientific journal, published since 1985 by John Wiley & Sons. In six issues per year, it publishes original research articles, reviews and special reports on all aspects of flavour and fragrance.

The current Editor-in-Chief is Dr John R. Piggott from Strathclyde Institute of Pharmacy and Biomedical Sciences, University of Strathclyde, UK.[1]
