Flarion

Flarion Technologies is a telecommunications company specializing in broadband access to the Internet and wireless technology. They are the creator of Flash-OFDM. Flarion was founded by Rajiv Laroia in 2000 and is based in Bedminster, New Jersey, USA.

On August 11, 2005 it was announced that Flarion will be acquired by Qualcomm, a wireless telecommunications research and development company. [1]
