Flanimals is a children's and adults' book written by comedian Ricky Gervais. The book, illustrated by Rob Steen, features 35 different characters described as species of animal which form an imaginary world.

Some of the most famous Flanimals are the Honk, the Grundit, the Puddloflaj, and the Mernimbler both adult and child versions. The cover Flanimal is the Grundit. The book is published by Faber and Faber. A second book, More Flanimals, has now been released, as have further sequels Flanimals of the Deep and Flanimals: The Day of the Bletchling.

ITV has commissioned a television series based on the books, with a predicted air date of 2008.
