Flandres Bay

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Flandres Bay (65°2′S, 63°20′W) is a large bay lying between Capes Renard and Willems, along the west coast of Graham Land. Explored in 1898 by the Belgian Antarctic Expedition under Gerlache, who named it, probably after the historical area of that name, now constituting part of France, Belgium and the Netherlands.
