The flag of the Malaysian state of Perlis has proportions of 1:2. The bottom half of the flag is blue, representing the Raja. The top half is yellow, representing the people. The two colors are next to each other, indicating the close relationship between the Raja and the people of Perlis.
The flag has the reverse colors of the flag of Ukraine, though this flag has a darker shade of blue.
