FC Karpaty-2 Lviv (Ukrainian: ФК Ќарпати-2 Львів) is the Ukrainian football club. Until 2008 it still holds a record for being the only team from outside the Ukrainian Premier League that made it twice to the quarterfinals of the Ukrainian Cup competition.
The club entered the Championship for 1992-93 season in the Third League, but in 2001 it joined FC Karpaty Lviv. Since then, 2001, the club morphed into FC Karpaty-2 Lviv, while the other second team of FC Karpaty Lviv became FC Karpaty-3 Lviv. It changed its name from FK Lviv. Coincidentally when the competition of the "D" teams had started, the whole FC Karpaty Lviv went through big changes as both upper two teams relegated to lower leagues.
Recently, new team from Stryj moved to Lviv changing its name to FC Lviv.
