The British Columbia Portal has no red links any more, has been removed from Portals under construction, has randomized content and a news robotic server, so the portal stays fresh and new. Do you think the two portal templates should be merged? Canada portals by province and territory and Canadian Cities Portals Or should the templates be divided...cities only cities, and the provinces only provinces?
