[edit] Non-neutral point of view

The "Commercial Area" section of this article contains several unsourced, declarative statements which effectively render the given segment biased. I feel the section does not represnt all views fairly, proportionately and without bias, thus violating Wikipedia policy. Consequentialy I will tag the section accordingly (as per Wikipedia policy).
