All equipment Fitwize 4 Kids uses is designed for growing bodies, like all members age 6 and 1/2 to 15 years of age.

Cardio equipment may vary between centers, however, most cardio equipment is either provided by KidsCardio or Power Systems. Some centers have all this equipment, and others have a variety.

All weight machine are, again, specifically designed for growing bodies. The machines weights can be adjusted, however, that is the responsibility of the trainers and employees. The employees will not let children change the weights unless they feel the kids are ready.
The weight machines are provided by Hoist.

- Bench Press - Triceps and Pectorals
- Mid Row - Biceps, Lats, and Treses Major
- Back/Hip Extension - Gluteal and Lower Back (can be classified as core training or cardio)
- Crunches/Sit Ups Bench - Abdominals (can be classified as core training or cardio)
