I'm trying to improve the page. Why can't I be allowed to improve it as per requitred?

OK, sorry, that was a misunderstanding. All I could tell was that a huge amount of text was being deleted with no edit summary left, which superficially looks a lot like vandalism. Please remember to leave a descriptive edit summary. —dgiestc 07:11, 8 March 2007 (UTC)
