[edit] Move and rewrite

I've moved this article from Ohio Trout Streams, as this seems too narrowly defined a title for this article. In addition, the article remains unverified and unreferenced and the article has numerous other problems. Its not my area, so I thought I'd flag it for expert help. Cheers, David.
