Description

F/O Geoff Fiskin in front of Wairarapa Wildcat NZ3072/19. The eleven flags painted on the nose of NZ3072/19 represent the six Japanese aircraft he claimed in Malaya, the two A6M ‘Zekes’ shot down on 12 June 1943, and the three aircraft he claimed on 4 July, when he was flying another P-40 (NZ3060/9).
