Born helpless, nude and unable to provide for himself, First-timer eventually overcame these handicaps. Currently located in Germany, travelling in Japan, and coming across a lot of different sites on the internet and meeting interesting people.

Believing that this encyclopedia is not only for the famous, outstanding people or for the big dogs. But rather for everyone. Free to Andy Warhol's expression of "15 minutes of fame".

The personal mission is to write about the small dog in an objective way and believing in this principle:
"... you are granted the right to participate, read, and learn from us, if you agree to contribute. Learn something, from here or anywhere else, and pass it on. 'If you see someone who's struggling, help them up. If you see someone making a mistake, offer some fix-it advice.' In short, you get out of this World, what you put into it. The more you give, the more you get. Even if you get nothing in return, it's important that you share.
