The article is contentious and does not provide a balanced view. 67.149.64.219 (talk) 21:15, 12 April 2008 (UTC)

I agree this need some serious cleanup, the article is very bias. The article is written to play on feelings, rather than use facts. An example of this would be, "Just imagine a 10 year old child forced to carry 70 pounds of rubber using a stick and 2 pails several times a day." I'm going to try to remove some of the bias, but we need someone to seperate what are actual facts and what are allegations that have not been proven. However, the first step is to remove sentences like the one I quoted above that ahve nothing to do with facts. Also, I don't slavery is an appropriate catergory, pehaps something along the lines of mistreatment of workers would be better. --Rusf10 (talk) 02:45, 30 May 2008 (UTC)
After, taking a closer look, I am just going to revert some previous edits because a large section of this article has been copied and pasted from the website http://www.stopfirestone.org which is clearly biased. --Rusf10 (talk) 03:05, 30 May 2008 (UTC)
