[edit] Merge?
There are merge tags on fire lookout and fire lookout tower so I am adding this discussion area. My personal opinion on merging: IIRC, the two were originally one article but were split into two because fire lookout refers to the job, fire lookout tower refers to the structure. I don't have a strong opinion either way - probably oppose merge by default and to give the user who worked hard on these fire lookout articles the benefit of the doubt. That is to say I don't see any compelling reason to merge the two. I'm open to being convinced. Dragomiloff 01:41, 8 December 2006 (UTC)
Merge proposal with fire lookout tower has been up for a few months with nobody supporting, so I am going to close the discussion and remove the merge tags. Dragomiloff 01:17, 1 March 2007 (UTC)
